We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the future of the Punchbowl user experience. You'll own end-to-end design for our core dashboard, analytics views, and onboarding flow — with direct access to customers and a fast ship cadence.

Requirements: 5+ years product design, strong portfolio showing complex data-heavy interfaces, Figma expertise, and experience with design systems.

Build and maintain the Punchbowl design system — a shared library of components, tokens, and patterns used by all product teams. You'll sit at the intersection of design and engineering, ensuring consistency and velocity across the product.

Requirements: Strong React/TypeScript skills, design sensibility, experience building component libraries and token systems.

Own a named account book of enterprise prospects ($500M+ ARR companies). You'll run a full-cycle sales motion — from first call to closed-won — with average deal sizes of $200K–$1M ARR. Our product sells itself; we need someone to start the conversation.

Requirements: 5+ years enterprise SaaS sales, track record of closing $200K+ deals, experience selling to C-suite and VP-level buyers.

Partner with our AEs to guide enterprise prospects through technical evaluations, custom demos, and proof-of-concept implementations. You're the bridge between what the product can do and what the customer needs it to do.

Requirements: Technical background (engineering or technical pre-sales), comfortable demoing complex software to technical and non-technical audiences.
