Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?

What counts as a "user"?
A user is any person with an active login to your Punchbowl workspace. Service accounts and API tokens are not counted toward your user limit.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?
Yes. We offer a 50% discount for registered nonprofits and early-stage startups (under $1M ARR). Contact us to apply.
How is data stored and secured?
All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and undergo annual third-party penetration testing. See our Security page for details.
